WHO WE ARE
A SPIRITUAL HOME FOR THE SPIRITUALLY HOMELESS
HISTORY OF 4POINTES
With just a handful of people in an apartment in the Perimeter of Atlanta, 4Pointes Church began with a dream. The dream was and still is to build a church that can reach and bring back home the many Asian American/Third Culture people within the metro-Atlanta area who are not in Christ, not in church, or not in community with the hope and grace filled message of Jesus Christ.
OUR BELIEFS
4Pointes Church is a non-denominational church that is rooted in the authority of Scripture. Because we are a non-denominational church, theologically it allows us the ability to "major on the majors" and "minor on the minors." Below are the core tenants the Christian faith that we affirm and believe are the theological "majors."

WE BELIEVE...
Regarding the Bible
...the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of God’s will for the salvation of men & women, and the Divine and final authority of all Christian faith and life.
Regarding Jesus
...that Jesus is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. Further, he arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He now is our High Priest and Advocate.
Regarding Humanity
...that human beings are created in the image of God but fell into sin and are therefore lost and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.
Regarding our Future
...in the bodily resurrection of the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, of the unbeliever to everlasting judgment.
Regarding God
...in one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Regarding the Holy Spirit
...that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, and during this age to convict people, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service.
Regarding Salvation
...that the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only as such receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit, and thus become the children of God.
